Hi! I’m Lucía

Lucía is a multidisciplinary UX Research with a passion for user experience, communication, and humanitarian aid.

In her current role as a Provincial Coordination Technician at Creu Roja Catalunya, she analyzes data to identify opportunities for improvement and develops project proposals aimed at supporting people in vulnerable situations.

Previously as Data Encoder at Cruz Roja Española, she identifies and addresses user needs within the organization’s Virtual Campus, ensuring accurate information and high-quality user experiences. Additionally, as a volunteer, she has provided direct support to communities affected by emergencies, showcasing her commitment to social service.

Also, at Analogia, she led end-to-end improvements in user experiences by identifying usability issues and proposing innovative design solutions. Before that, she worked as a Copywriter at PTV, where she developed consistent brand voices for over ten clients in digital marketing campaigns and created UX/UI content.

Lucía is dedicated to advancing user experiences, with a special focus on accessibility, and aims to apply her expertise to enhance access and inclusion in the digital space.
